Ululatus Island

This is completly neutral ground and if any wolves dare to start a fight here their ancestors will punish them brutally. Every full moon, a select few wolves will come here to howl to their ancestors and bring news to the other pack. This is the only time and place the wolves are not aloud to fight etc. There is a high rock in the middle where the wolves howl. The grass is thick and the moonlight turns it silver and sparkly, there is magic in the air...
